The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any times you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide for you for the funeral goods and services you selected. This does not include prices for certain items such as cemetery, clergy honorarium, flowers, sales tax, newspaper notices and other cash advances. These items will be state don your funeral purchase contract. We reserve the right to charge you for our services in purchasing these cash advance items.
Our services include: Conducting the arrangements conference, planning the funeral, consulting with family and outside parties, preparing and filing of necessary notices, obtaining necessary authorizations and permits, and coordinating with third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the Funeral arrangements you select. Included but not limited to insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and ground maintenance, equipment, furnishings, staff salaries and benefits, and real estate taxes. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you selected certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or direct burial.

This charge includes local removal of remains, basic services of staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, embalming, local transportation, and shipping container (does not include additional charges for shipping a casket or container.)

Our charge for an immediate burial include local removal, basic care of remains, basic services of Funeral Director and staff, securing proper permits and authorizations, and use of utility vehicle to local cemetery (excludes casket, vault, ceremony, visitation, supervision of graveside ceremony, embalming, and cash advance items).
Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, transportation to our on-site Crematory, necessary authorizations, and cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are a fiberboard container or an unfinished wood box.
Direct Cremation cost does not include bariatric cases, these additional charges will be applied when applicable. For individuals between 275 to 450 pounds- $250, for individuals 450 pounds and up- $400.

(flat rate fee per mail piece includes Funeral Home preparing, packing, and delivery charge to the post office. The final cost to a destination within contiguous continental US only is dependent on weight and destination.)
Our charges include limited services of funeral director and staff, local transfer to Funeral Home, refrigeration until acceptance, filing necessary documents and transportation to a local Medical Center.
Weekend, Evening, Holiday, and Other Surcharges:

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon signing of the Statement of Funeral Goods and Services Contract. The following methods of payment are accepted.
Cash, Local Bank Check, Valid Insurance Assignment, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Credit Cards all accepted with processing fee of 3%
Return check fee $35.00 We Do Not Work with or Bill Estates
** In the event, if the Authorizing Agent fails to pick up cremated remains or personal items of the decedent, or cause them to be picked up within 60 days after completion of the cremation, the facility or funeral home may dispose of the cremated remains pursuant to Rev. Code 4717.27 (C).
