Wilma Jean Relich, 82, of Westerville, Ohio went to be with our Lord Wednesday February 19, 2025 at Mount Carmel East Hospital Columbus, Ohio.
Wilma was born March 11, 1942, in Portsmouth, Ohio. The oldest daughter of the late Noah Locher and Edna (Fannin) Locher.
She is preceded in death by her sister Betty (Locher) Blankenship of Minford, Ohio.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, John Mili Relich and daughter Sheila (Eric)Harmon of Sunbury, Ohio. Brother David (Inga)Locher of Rubyville, Ohio. Nephews Jason (Kristina) Locher of White Gravel, Ohio. Todd (Dawn)Blankenship of Minford, Ohio. Niece Tami (Tom)Martin of Minford, Ohio and many beloved great nieces and nephews.
Wilma Started at F&R Lazarus and Company doing over the counter sales in the cosmetic department selling the Max Factor product line until 1967 when her husband’s job transfer took them to Indiana where she worked part time delivering newspapers, working at a gravel pit operating an end loader and driving dump trucks until 1973 when they relocated back to Columbus, Ohio.
Jean worked for TransAmerica Insurance Co. for about three years before getting her real estate license. She started working with Century 21 in Hillard, Ohio in 1977 later transferring to Coldwell Banker and finished her career with Re/Max Associates in 2011 with various awards and sales destinations, neighbor site sales for Duffy Homes (in the Mc dot Farms Development).
