Bill was most known for his enormous positive attitude and generosity when interacting with others. If you knew Bill, you were always in line for a giant hug. His family was always his priority and his heart’s desire to see others happy. He was amazing with animals and plants; he loved to fish and enjoy all aspects of the outdoor life.
