William (Bill) Bernard Stumbo, age 58, of Newark, Ohio passed away on December 21, 2020 at his home. He was born on September 16, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio. Bill has been welcomed into heaven by his parents, John Henry Stumbo and Uva Voncele Stanley (Arthur), brothers Darrell, Donny, John and sister Brenda. Bill is survived by his children Eric (Christina), Evan (Ashley) and Sunset (Christopher), three brothers Roger (Debbie), James (Joy) and John David, sister-in-law’s Emma, Bridget and Cheryl, grandchildren Eric (Bubby), Xavier, Cody, Dylan, Hannah, Ryan, Miley, Haley, Allyanah, Aiden, Vinny and ex-wife Tammy Stumbo (Adams).
Bill loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and was very proud of their success and accomplishments. He was a caring, passionate, loving and devoted friend and father that would guide all of us on the right path and was never judgmental. He enjoyed taking walks and sitting outside watching the birds, deer and the squirls, he also liked hanging out and listening to country music. He loved drinking his coffee, cold or hot any time of the day. He also enjoyed watching old westerns with his favorite actor John Wayne and his favorite movie was Bonanza, he liked to collect knives, jewelry and Indian collectibles. He enjoyed watching Cleveland Browns, Alabama and Oregon Ducks football.

Services in his honor will be held on December 28, 2020 at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes Clintonville Chapel, 4341 N Hight St., Columbus, Ohio 43214. The family will receive guests from 5pm to 6pm, with the memorial service from 6pm to 7pm. For those unable to attend, a live stream of the service will be available on his obituary page.
