GAINES
William (Bill) Joseph Gaines was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 20, 1966 and departed this life on November 26, 2015. He graduated from Eastmoor High School, worked for the Bob Evans Restaurant for a long period, and was an auto-mechanic. He was preceded in death by parents Patrick Edwin Gaines and Imogene Gaines. He is survived by his son Devin Joseph Gaines, brother Patrick (Judy) Gaines, sister Vickie Cecil; 3 special nieces – Jeannie, Jessica, and Adrianne of Akron, Ohio; a host of cousins and other relatives from the Zanesville and Columbus area. A memorial service will be held at the Gospel Tabernacle Church, 1205 Hildreth Avenue, Columbus, OH 43203, 614-258-1911 on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 10:00 am, Bishop J. Derrick Johnson, Pastor; Elder Walter Roberts, Officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes, 34 W 2nd Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201.
