Victoria (Vicki) Gouge

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Buckeye for life. Vicki went to reunite with her son Billy Gouge, Nephews Tony Gouge and Mike Waller. Siblings Steve Parsell and Terri Parsell. Mother Elaine Parsell and mother in law Ruth Gouge.

Survived by her loving husband of 39 years Bill Gouge. Her son Stephen (Todd) Fry-Gouge. Grandchildren Annabelle Rae (Sugar) and Ross Gouge (RJ). Sister Robbie Parsell. Brother in law Kenny and Danny Gouge, Sister in law Donna (Glenn) Waller. Vicki’s many cousins, nieces and nephews. As well as many great nieces and nephews. Vicki’s best friends Kim Gouge, Misty Compton, Amy (Holobaugh) Hanson and Misty (Davis) Pegram.

Vicki was seen as the family matriarch, ensuring that our family gathers and holiday traditions continued throughout the years. Vicki’s most proudest role was being a Maw-Maw to her beautiful grandchildren. She loved to shops for her grandchildren and loved spoiling them. Vicki was an avid concert goer seeing her most favorite artist, most times more than once. Vicki loved traveling and going to the casino. Vicki always looked forward to our yearly Kings Island trips with her family.
