Tonette was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on September 21, 1985. She was very active in her service to Jehovah and made many, many friends through the years. Tonette met and fell in love with Rob in 2001. They married on June 19, 2001. Their love took them on many adventures. Their marriage was all about fun! They were known to look at each other and say, “let’s go to Cleveland” …! Then off they would go! Spontaneity was very much a part of their marriage! If they weren’t having fun, Rob and Tonette together would work to get back to the fun they agreed upon before marrying!
Rob and Tonette spent some time living in Texas. There they built many happy memories. Tonette was beautiful, smart, fun and loved to laugh and have a good time! Even during her declining years, you might hear Tonette say “I’m tore up from the floor up!” Only Tonette would make light of her situation and bring a smile to the faces of those who visited her.
Tonette will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her! Tonette cherished the hope of a resurrection. She looked forward to the hope of living again in the paradise on earth when all sickness will be eliminated. It’s not goodbye, it’s until we all meet again Tonette…
Rob would like to thank everyone for their prayers, texts, cards, encouraging thoughts and loving support during this most difficult time!
