George Ronald Follrod Jr(Ron). Age 51 of Columbus, Ohio passed away Sunday December 15, 2024 as a result of a car accident. Born Monday August 13, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio to Linda Stover Morrison and George Follrod Sr. Graduated from Westland High School class of 1992.

Married Melisa Winegardner on Friday April 15, 1994, on his grandma and grandpa Stover’s anniversary.

Was an appliance repair man for most of his life. Everyone loved Ron.

Survived by spouse of 30 years, Melisa Follrod. Father to Robert Follrod and Anna (Jordan) Stevens. His most beloved grandson Jacob Stevens and grand daughter on the way, baby girl Stevens. Father George Follrod Sr and step father Larry Morrison. Sister in law Melinda (Greg) Pfadt.Brother in law Al (Eileena) Winegardner. Mother I law Mary Ellen Winegardner . Has 2 nephews Danny Spencer and Zack Winegardner. 3 nieces Zena Winegardner, Leigha Winegardner and Cassandra Canterbury. One great niece Jae’la Goodman. 2 great nephews, Elliott Yingling and Aiden Canterbury. Ron’s most loved dog, Cisco is lost without him.

Proceeded in death by mother Linda Morrison, maternal grand parents Bob & Ruth Stover, paternal grand parents Jacob & Eileen Follrod.

Ron did not want a service. We will probably do a celebration of life, after the first of the year.
