Taylor Anne Fox

Of Arlington, Ohio, and a summer resident of Manitowish, WI, unexpectedly passed around the days leading up to February 14th. Taylor will be deeply missed by her daughters Summer Boltz, Shiloh Fox Thompson, Willow Thompson, her sisters Jamie Fox and Tamsen Fox, and all her extended family and friends near and far. Taylor was preceded in death by her father Jack Fox and mother Marliss Fox. 

Taylor lived an adventurous life growing up. From being born and living the first 8 years in Honolulu, Hawaii, to living in London, England till she was 18 years old. While in London, she attended an English Proper school at Dunnator. She then moved to the states and attended Colby Sawyer College in New Hampshire. Over the years she traveled all over England made stops in Rome, The Seychelles, Paris, Austria, Venice, Germany, and many states throughout the U.S. One of the amazing things Taylor was able to claim was that she was one of the few people in history to have ever gotten the opportunity to fly on the aircraft called, The Concord, from England to New York. 

Taylor was a delightful and funny person, who would just as soon take her beloved roosters for a walk, before her dogs. She loved animals, everyone knew this, and through the years she shared that love for animals with her daughters. Taylor was such a welcoming person, always playing the second mother to so many of her daughters’ friends. At times, it seemed as if all the kids in Arlington found their way through the Thompson household and Taylor was always feeding and caring for them all, as if they were her own. Taylor was an avid plant enthusiast and loved to cook with her fresh ingredients from her gardens. She was always involved in all her girls school plays and encouraged them to step out of their comfort zones and try new things. Taylor always helped her daughters when it came to doing anything artistic or creative and helped guide them to be the wonderful and amazing women they are today.   

The family welcomes friends and family of Taylor to a Celebration of Life at Main Event 314 N. Main St., Findlay, OH on Sunday, February 25 from 12-5 pm.
