Suzanne Marilyn Kuehl

May 20, 1946 — March 19, 2025

Suzanne Marilyn Kuehl, 78 of Dublin, Ohio, was born on May 20th, 1946, in Vancouver, British Columbia and sadly passed away on March 19th, 2025, at The Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin, Ohio.

Suzanne was happily married to her Spouse Edward Kuehl for 38 years and the two married on March 21st, 1987. She enjoyed spending time with Linda McCarville (sister-in-law), Ken Kuehl (brother-in-law), and Angie Kuehl (sister-in-law).

She attended Woodroffe High and Bell High School in Ottawa before transferring to Ridgewood High School in New Jersey. She was the first to start a girl’s flag football league in Ottawa. Suzanne attended classes at Cornell University for college. In 1963, she returned from visiting England with the first Beatle album to arrive in Ottawa. Her places of residence included Vancouver British Columbia, Deep River Canada, Dublin Ohio, and Cambridge.

Suzanne is survived by her Spouse Edward Kuehl, Children: Christopher Kolb (Megan Kolb), Wendy Ehmer (Brian Ehmer), and Michele Kuehl, Grandchildren: Brooke Amend (Ethan Amend), Alexis Dumont, Hunter Kuehl, Connor Kolb, Blake Ehmer, Brock Ehmer, Cristian Kuehl, Kierstin Eader (Jacob Eader), and Nathan Weaver, Great Grandchildren: Kade Kuehl , Xander Dumont, Grey Dumont, Wren Eader, and Scarlett Weaver, Nieces/ Nephews: Sara Feldman (Todd Feldman), Jennifer Kuehl, Nicole Moore (Devin Moore), and William Kuehl.

She is predeceased by Alan Kuehl (Brother in law September of 2000), Christopher Kuehl (Step-son August 3rd, 2024), Eustis “Woody” Erlebach (Father), Margaret Erlebach (Mother), Glennabell Kuehl (mother in law September 27th 2011), and William Kuehl (Father in law June 1st, 2003).

Suzanne was a pillar of her community, known for her warm heart, generous spirit and unwavering dedication to those around her. A lifelong advocate for education, Suzanne was an active member of the PTO, always working to support students, teachers and families. She had a deep love for baking and cooking, filling her home with comforting aromas of homemade meals and treats that she joyfully shared with family, friends and neighbors. Her passion for gardening brought her peace and happiness, and she took pride in all of her beautiful flowers around her house. Whether she was helping organize events, tending to her garden, or offering a helping hand, Suzanne’s kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and warmth that will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have been a part of her life.

A service celebrating the life of Suzanne will take place April 26th, 2025, at 5:00 pm at Cypress Church, 377 Alton Darby Creek Road Galloway, Ohio 43119.
