Susan DePasquale

On Thursday, December 13, 2018 Susan DePasquale, loving sister, daughter, aunt and friend to all, passed away at the age of 62. She was ever determined to fight against the pain and anxieties that breast cancer brought and in doing so, taught all who knew her to continue in their lives with hope and love. Susan was an untiring advocate for artists and arts organizations in Ohio, holding positions from small art guilds and galleries to coordinating programming for the State of Ohio’s Ohio Arts Council. Because of her patient guidance, numerous artists and arts organizations in Ohio have received recognition and success as she touched their lives professionally and personally. Her personal life was filled with art, crafts, laughter, wonderful storytelling and her loving cats. Susan is preceded in death by her loving father, Anthony N. DePasqaule, and grandparents Joseph and Mary Sue Mitchell, and her stepfather, Francis B. Gregory, passing away hours later. She is survived by husband, Rory McIntyre, mother, Audrey Gregory; sister, Cyndee Adams (Kevin); nieces, Lauren, Abigail; nephew Michael; great nephew, Devin, and her Uncle Joseph Mitchell (Gloria). A Celebration of her Life will be held in early 2019 in Columbus, Ohio.
