Sue Farley

Sue Ellen Farley (Sponaugle), born December 21st, 1945 in Randolph County, W. VA to the late Raymond Sponaugle and Louise Bennett, died the morning of July 21st, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones after a long struggle with COPD. Sue is survived by her 2 daughters: Louise Griffith (William), Doris Thomas (Jessica), and son Timothy Farley; 3 grandchildren: Breanna Geng, Ashley Griffith, and Thomas Griffith; and great granddaughter, Athena Jolly. She is also survived by the Sponaugle, Louk, and Farley families, many friends, and care givers. Sue loved being outside fishing, and if had to be inside, she enjoyed quilting, baking cookies, and decorating cakes. A remembrance will be held August 3 rd at the Griffith home, 4130 Parkshore Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio from 1pm to 4pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Delaware County Humane Society in honor of her beloved dog, Roxie.
