Stephen (Steve) Waters

Stephen (Steve) Vincent Waters passed away on Wednesday, December 12 at the age of 69 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. Steve was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Ella, and his sister Jeanne.  He is survived by his wife Janie, siblings Kathy (Sal), Teri, Phil, John, Christine, and Mark (Karen), daughters Barbara and Crystal (Scot), son Stephen (Kristin), stepsons Roy (Robin) and Jack, grandchildren Amber, Tabatha, Will, Scot, Tim, Christian, Nicholas, Caleb, Kloe, Landen, Logan, Brayden, and McKaylin, and great-grandchildren Aiden, Timmy, Lily, Alice, Brantley, Jasper, and Lydia. Per Steve’s wishes, a private good-bye will be said in Cobb Island, Maryland, when the weather is warm and good for throwing out a fishing line. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Kobacker House, who provided a beautiful, peaceful, and loving place  for Steve during his final days.  In lieu of flowers or cards, donations to Kobacker House ( https://foundation.ohiohealth.com/programs/hospice-giving ) would be preferred so that they may continue doing the incredible work that they do.
