Stephen Webb

April 30, 1941 — November 10, 2019

Stephen Todd Webb, passed away suddenly from pneumonia. He had been treated for lung cancer at the James OSU. Stephen was born in Portsmouth, currently living in Worthington, after attending OSU. Steve played trumpet in the US Army band.He loved and was moved by music in many ways. Much time was spent playing guitar and keyboard. He had countless hobbies and found joy in cooking, creating art and genealogy- bringing families together. He had a great and generous heart, loved by many and a friend to everyone he met. There was never a dull moment with Steve ,listening to his stories & theories on the world. Steve will be deeply missed. Steve was a mechanic most of his life. He previously worked at Adria labs where he met his wife Colleen & started a family. Preceded in death by his father Todd Webb, stepfather Red Wooten, daughter Sonja Webb Gillette and mother Margaret Webb Wooten. Survived by wife Colleen Webb , daughter Shannon Webb ,daughter Stephanie Beasley, grandchildren and great grandchildren . Family will receive friends Sunday, December 15th from 12-2 pm with memorial service beginning at 1 pm. Interment Dayton National Cemetery Monday, December 16th.
