Sheila Garvey

Sheila Faye Garvey, Age 50 passed away Monday December 6th, 2021 peacefully in her sleep.  She was born on March 15, 1971 to Janice Williams and Wayne Bishop.  Sheila is preceded in death by her father Wayne and her mother Janice. She is survived by her children Sierra Rutkin, Sealan Bishop, and Bree Preece, her brother Philip Williams, sisters Shannon Hazlett, Tonya Hill, and Misty Graham, best friend Landon Preece, long time companion Steve Smith, and her dogs (whom she adored) Lady, Big Guy, Baby and Meatball. Sheila will be remembered most for her big heart, love for animals, and her hilarious sense of humor.
