Shari L Veleba

Shari L. Veleba was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 29, 1958 and passed away in Columbus, Ohio on August 3, 2022. She graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1977 and went on to graduate from Ohio University in 1982. Shari worked at the Center for Disability Empowerment and Voicecorps Reading Services: both located in Columbus. She was a strong advocate for people with disabilities and loved helping people. Shari had a passion for photography and artwork (especially acrylic). She was also a proud member of the United Methodist North Broadway Church.

Shari is preceded in death by her father Gerald Veleba, grandmother Florence Onody, and grandfather George Onody. She is survived by her mother Audrey Veleba, brother Terry (Michelle) Veleba, and nephews Alexander and Kyle Veleba.

A memorial will be held at a later date in Fremont, Ohio.
