Santana Isaac John Smart 3rd Burkett was born 9/14/1972 in Columbus, Ohio to Ralph Thomas and Pamela Burkett. Santana passed away on 9/12/2024 at the Laurels of Gahanna. 

Santana LOVED his grand kids! He enjoyed going to Michigan, watching football, going to the movies and going fishing. Santana was married once to Tosha Richson. Santana was very funny and comical. He loved whooping his friends butts while playing video games. His kids and grand kids counted on him.

Santana is survived by his children: Brandon, Amanda, Rachel (Tim), Lil Santana, Leslie and Shannon. Close son, Dionti (Shannon). Grand kids: Dionna, Charles, Braylen, King Charles, Santana Jr., Poseidon, Tru, TaMia, KaMea, Eri'Anna, Legend, Elijah and Karter. God kids: Philip, Inda and Andra. Siblings: Titus, Melvin, Audrey, Kimyotta, and Brittany(James). Nieces and Nephews: Thessaeus, Thomas, Kamilla, Braylon, Jehu, Aja, Remy, Craword, Chloe, Ashton and Jack. Mother Pamela Burkett and Father Ralph Thomas. Best friends: Donald Cook Jr., Chris & Rich.

Santana is predeceased by Stacey Wheeler and Thaddeus Thomas.
