Sandra Moore-Carter

Sandra Moore-Carter, age 64, of Galloway, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on March 26, 2021 peacefully in the comfort of her home.

Preceded in death by her father Garrett H. Moore Jr, mother Ethel Moore, Brothers Randy, David, and Duane Moore, Sister Katie Carter, niece Ashley Stevens and nephew David (Bub) Carter. Survived by her only daughter Tracie (Andre) Rogers, her wonderful grandchildren Devon (Sarah) and Devine (Daylan) and a huge group of nieces/nephews. Best friends Tammy Howard, Antoinette Broughton, and Leci Feldser.

She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, music lover, inspired by Tim Tebow, and enjoyed car racing. One of her greatest joys was being co admin of the Matthew & Gunnar Nelson Fan Group (twin sons of her teenage idol Ricky Nelson) and meeting so many wonderful people in this group. Special thanks to Lila Nelson, Debbie Wartelle Brumit, and Cindy Phalen-Christy.

Thank you to Ohio Health Hospice for providing exceptional care. Per Sandy’s wishes, there will be no showing and is to be cremated. In lieu of flowers, she ask that all donations go to Samaritan’s Purse.
