Sandra Burrows

Sandra J. Burrows, 69, of Newark, OH, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 in hospice care. A wonderful wife and mother, she was well-known for her shopping, care of her son Tom, and love for her husband John. A 1967 graduate of Upper Arlington High School, 1963 to 1967, she enjoyed reading, sewing, spending time with family as well as spending time in the Outer Banks especially at her favorite island, Ocracoke Island. She has always adored her animals, especially the dogs that she had by her side. She will be most remembered for her compassion and caring of others. She was born August 18th, 1948 in Youngstown, OH to the late Jane Taulman. She is survived by her husband, John Burrows of Newark, and her son, Thomas (Courtney) Burrows of Newark; and many other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 at Gratiot United Methodist Church in Gratiot, OH where a Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held, followed by a dinner for all who attend.
