Sally Ann Weber, age 54, beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, Niece, Cousin and Friend passed away peacefully on April 17th, 2021 with her daughter Josie and brother Phil at her side after a short but hard-fought battle with lung cancer. Sally was born January 23, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio. She grew up and graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School in 1985. After graduation, she remained in Gahanna where she worked many years as a legal secretary.
Sally was preceded in death by her mother Beth Ann Noel Porter, uncle Martin A Noel Jr, grandparents Martin A Noel Sr. and Dorothy Mae Semones. Left to cherish in her memory are her daughter Josephine (Josie) Weber (fiance John McCune), brother Phillip Porter, aunts and uncles Sally and Michael Hardin Sr. and William and Cheri Noel. Cousins Michelle Hardin, Michael Hardin Jr. (Christy), Rocky Noel (Vince), Kate DePugh (Brad), Heather Noel, and Blythe Wilhelm (Tim). Special nieces and nephews Maddie Stiverson (Cody), Meghan Hardin, Reilly Mentel, Hannah Hardin, Presley Williams, Knox Hardin, Elise DePugh, Jonah and Abby Wilhelm, Giorgia and Elona Stiverson, Corina Rubel, Abbie Thompson and Zach (Alex) Thompson. Along with many other loved family and friends.
Sally was known for her love of life that showed in her beautiful and infectious smile. She enjoyed time spent with friends and family whom she treasured. She loved listening to music and playing cards (almost always winning). She lived life to the fullest. Her selflessness and love for others was unmatched.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 at The Pub in Gahanna, 207 W. Johnstown Road. An open brunch from 10am-12pm with eulogy at 12pm. The celebration will remain open until 3pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The American Cancer Society in Sally’s name.
