How do you write something “short, sweet and to the point” for a man who meant so much to you for your entire life? My grandpa was my everything (even if I didn't show it as well as I got older). If there was one person who I knew I could count on to pick me up when I'd fallen, to dry my tears, to make me laugh with his stories and to always share words of wisdom, it was my grandpa. Growing up I didn't picture flying, cape-wearing superheroes; my superhero wore blue jeans and a white t-shirt. My favorite superhero was my grandpa who always saved my day. In my eyes he was invincible, No One was stronger or knew more than him.

He was always there whenever I (or anyone in the family) needed him. No matter what time of the day or night and it didn't matter what the circumstances were. That's just the kind of man he was. He would do anything for the ones he loved.
