Robert (Bob) Mouch, Age “Almost 93” of Dublin Ohio, died peacefully on Wednesday July 13th, 2016. Born July 31st, 1923 in Upper Arlington Ohio to the late Warren Mouch and Rose (Comer) Mouch. He graduated from Upper Arlington High and Ohio State University; a dedicated alumni of Delta Chi Fraternity. He was a WWII Vet who fought in Rhineland, Central Europe from 1943-1946. He stayed an active member of the 10th Mountain Division up to his death.
Bob owned Mouch Insurance Agency in downtown Columbus his entire working career. He was a dedicated member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Bob loved to travel, play tennis, bridge, swim and ride his horses.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 68 years Frances (Bader) Mouch. Survived by his daughter Susan (Mouch) Evans and son in law Keith Evans of California; his son Brian Mouch and daugther in law Becky Mouch of Williamsburg Ohio; grandchildren Jessica Housh, and Nicholas Arthur. He has many loving nieces and nephews, brother in laws and sister in laws. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday July 16th at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2001 Northwest Blvd., Columbus, where family will receive friends from 10:00 to the time of service at 11:00 am. Pastor Steve Wachtman, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be make the church and or Tridea Hospice, 2215 Citygate Dr. Suite E, Columbus, OH 43219. Arrangements entrusted to Shaw Davis Funeral Home.
