Richard Jay Lewis born September 11, 1962, of Columbus Ohio peacefully passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the age of 54, he was surrounded by friends and family. Richard is survived by children, Arron, Crystal & Julius; Grandchildren, Jayden, Tyler, Kadin & Isabella. Preceded in death by his mother Bell Carver. Richard was a witty, sarcastic, kind, loving man and a very loyal friend. Anyone who met Richard fell in love with his personality right away. He was a very outspoken, unfiltered and straight to the point type of guy. He loved all things Harley Davidson, fishing and spending his time with family and friends. We all will truly miss Richard's contagious smile, his sense of humor and his goofball nature. Most of all we will miss how genuine his heart was.
