Rex Alan Hazlett

Rex Alan Hazlett passed away June 13, 2023 at The Landings of Westerville in Westerville, Ohio. He was born on October 9, 1949. Rex retired from C.O.T.A. with a disability on July 1, 1990. He enjoyed 33 years of retirement with family and friends. He was blessed with a life saving Kidney Transplant in 2013.

Rex was preceded in death by his parents Morris Joseph Hazlett and Faye Isabelle Hazlett Rogers, and sister Delores Faye Brown.

He is survived by his wife Linda, sister Rebecca Lynn, many nieces and nephews, and very dear friends.
