Rev. Willie James Smalls, Jr. was born to Evalina and Willie James Smalls Sr. on October 19, 1957. On Thursday April 28, 2016, Willie James Smalls, Jr. made his transition at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by Grandmothers Maybelle Miller-Simmons, Elizabeth Jenkins, father Willie James Smalls, Sr., Aunt Elnora Simmons, and brother Michael Smalls. He leaves behind to celebrate his life, mother Evalina Smalls, sisters: Carolyn (Edward) Conley, Marilyn Barber, Juanita Smalls, Jeanette(David) Rodgers and Kathy Smalls. Brothers: Romero Simmons, Kenneth (Cynthia) Smalls and Tyrone Smalls; uncle Julian (Esther) Simmons; special friend Margaret A. Wright Rolland.A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
