Patricia Swider

Patricia L. Swider, 92, passed away the 3rd of September at her home in Columbus, Ohio surrounded by her family.

Funeral services are being arranged and will be announced when finalized.

Patricia was born June 9th, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan. She married Walter Swider on March 11th, 1950. They raised 6 children (Gary, Susan, Paul, Kathy, Marie and Karl.) Patricia's first career was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She worked in the beauty business well into her 80's out of love for her friends and clients, making the world a more beautiful place.

Pat, as her friends called her loved to have a good time. Her kitchen was the heart of her home. She was active in her religion and help many people get closer to God.

She is survived by 6 children, her 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be provided to Saint Timothy Church. Burial will be at Saint Joseph Cemetery.

The family of Patricia wishes to extend sincere thanks to the hospice clinical team and all the healthcare providers that cared for Patricia.

A memorial service will be held for Patricia and Walter on October 26, 2021 at St. Joseph's Cemetery Chapel, 6440 S High St, Lockbourne, OH 43137, at 11 am.
