Patricia Smith

Pat Smith, (79), of Columbus, Ohio, loving mother, and widow went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, January 3, 2022. She joins her husband, Donald C. Smith, who preceded her in death, and her mother and father: Kenneth and Lenora Clemmens. She passed away peacefully at home with her children and grandchildren after courageously and perseveringly fighting to thrive with Parkinson’s for over 15 years.

Pat is survived by her three children: Deborah Smith, Donald C. Smith Jr., Krista Haley (Mark), and three grandchildren: Caleb Haley, Jordan Haley, and Tyler Haley.

She was a member of Westerville Christian Church and then later attended church at her residence in Worthington Christian Village. She was very involved with her Sunday School class, women’s bible study and supported different ministries worldwide. Her hobbies were bingo, traveling, shopping, watching movies, in addition to being a playful, generous, and loving woman of God.

We would like to invite you to join us to celebrate her life on Monday, January 10, beginning with visitation at 11 am and service at 12pm. It will be held at Shaw-Davis Clintonville Chapel, 4341 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43214. She will be laid to rest at Forestlawn Cemetery on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 2pm.
