Noreen Jones

Ms Noreen Ann Jones, of Columbus, OH, formerly of Sleepy Hollow, NY passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017 at the young age of 61 after a long 4 year battle with brain cancer. She passed at Darby Glenns Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hilliard, OH where she was under hospice care. Noreen was born to parents Jane D. Murphy and William J. Jones on July 6, 1956 in Mount Kisco, NY. Noreen is survived by her 2 loving daughters Christina (John) DiNapoli, of Columbus, OH; and Danielle Bottos, of Westchester, NY. Her son, Frank Bottos Jr. of Columbus, OH, and granddaughters, Olivia Jane and Sydney Grace DiNapoli of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by her loving sister Karen (Gerry) Echeverria,  of Putnam Valley, NY and her 2 incredible brothers; William Jones of Yonkers, NY and Robert Jones of Brick, NJ. and so many amazing friends, cousins, nieces, nephews and god children that she absolutely loved and adored. She is preceded in death by her brother Brian Jones.

Noreen will be remembered for her spunky personality and free spirit. She always smiled and had everyone around her smiling and laughing. She was strong, courageous, and extremely generous to others. She always made the best out of everything she was dealt with in life. She will be missed dearly.

Noreen requested to be cremated. Her ashes will be interred at a family plot at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, New York. A memorial and celebration of Noreen's life will be at a later date for close friends and family.
