Michael Bush

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Bush announces his passing. Michael Bush, 71, was born in Ann Arbor Michigan on September 8. 1946 to Gene and Ruth Bush.  Michael passed away peacefully on August 14, 2018 with his wife of 44 years Sharon Bush by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Gene and Ruth Bush & son Brian. Michael is survived by his wife Sharon Bush, Daughter Amy Bush & (Todd) Grandson Trace Bush, granddaughters Krista (Todd), Melissa (Matt), and Elizabeth, great granddaughters Adelyn and Blakely. He will be loving remembers by Siblings Louis Schenk (Verne). Susan Scarfo (Michael) and Bill Bush, extended family, dear friends and his church family at Pickerington Church of the Nazarene. Michael served honorably in the U.S .Army and graduated with a Master’s Degree in social work from Capital University. He enjoyed spending his retirement years traveling, exercising and swimming at McConnell Heart Health Center as well as volunteering for Meals on Wheels. Calling hours will be held at Pickerington Church of the Nazarene 11775 Pickerington Road Pickerington, Ohio 43147 from 1pm-2pm on August 19, 2018 immediately followed by a funeral service at 2pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his name to the Life Care Alliance (Meals on Wheels) and Lower Lights Ministry.
