Mary Chambers

Mary Anna Chambers (Dotter) born September 24, 1933 passed peacefully at Kobacker House on January 30, 2022 at 1:47p.m. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Mary retired from Columbus City Schools as a teacher aide in 1995. Mary’s greatest accomplishments were her 7 children; Mary, Frank, Pamela, Paula, Michael, Paul William, and Robert Lee. She enjoyed holidays at her daughter Pam’s house. She enjoyed going camping at Hidden Lakes. She enjoyed bingo and watching soap operas. Mary made friends with everyone she met. Mary loved her birds, poodles, and backyard chipmunks. Mary loved watching the Ohio State Buckeyes with her son Billy and she never turned down a white castle hamburger.  Mary was loyal to her bloodline. She was allowed to talk about them or get upset with them, but she better never hear anyone else say something about them. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Frank Chambers, daughter Pamela Righter, daughter Paula Beatty, son Michael Chambers, brother Martin Dotter, Son-in-Law Philip Ryan, Daughter-in-Law Terry Chambers, and great-great-grandchildren Travis and Trent Maienza. She is survived and loved by the following children; Mary Ryan, Paul William Chambers, Frank Chambers, Robert Lee Chambers, Son-in-Law Andrew Beatty, and Son-in-Law Don Righter. She will be treasured by her grandchildren; Amy Urban (Richard), Angela Thomas, Donnie Righter (Laura), Brent Righter (Kyra), Kristina Righter, Nikki Chambers, Billy Chambers, Tony Chambers, Ronald Chambers (Shenna), Rachel Watterson (Bud), Tony Chambers, Amber Chambers (Justin), Justin Chambers, Jessica Hillery (Luke), Josh Beatty (Claire), Joey Beatty (Mim). Forever remembered by her great-grandchildren; Hayley Urban, Lacey Urban, Lexy Urban, Morgan Righter, Jacob Safford(Molly), Justin Safford(Emma), Trey Righter, Kamielle Righter, Brent Righter, Autumn Righter, Parker Righter, Stormy Righter, Kimi Hillery, Ivy Hillery, Samuel Beatty, Beau Beatty, Elliot Beatty, Lara Beatty, Darcy Beatty, Evelyn Beatty, Nicoletta Maienza, James Arias, Jeniffer Chambers, Gage Chambers, Lexie Chambers, Ally & Amy, Tyler Chambers, Trent Chambers, Sidney Stamper, Dylan Chambers, Kloey Chambers, Ryder Chambers, Luke Kappes. Stories will be shared with hergreat-great-grandchildren; Macie Safford, Mia Safford, Millie Safford, Bexleigh Safford, and Alayah Arias. A visitation will be held at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes 2nd Avenue Chapel from 12 pm - 2 pm and a Celebration of Life from 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm.
