Martha Neal was born on June 19, 1964, in Dayton, Ohio, to Bobby Wallace and Ruby Shepherd. She was baptized at an early age at Valley Peace Baptist Church. Martha, affectionately known as "Punkin," was a vibrant, unforgettable presence whose infectious energy lit up every room she entered. A natural leader with a strong, determined personality, she was the life of the party and loved being surrounded by family and friends.
