Lyvonne Foreman

Lyvonne Foreman “Nonnie” passed away at St Rita’s Hospital on February 7th 2017. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 15th, 1958. Daughter of Patsiene Foreman and the late Joseph Foreman. She graduated from Bellefontaine high school in 1976, Graduated from Clark State Community College in 1994 with her Associates in Social work, and from Capital University in 1996 with her Bachelors in Social work. Lyvonne graduated from both Clark State and Capital University with honors and was a member of the Upsilon Chapter of Phi Alpha Honor Society. She then went on to become a licensed Social worker and was the program director at Ben-El PH in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Lyvonne is survived by her Mother Patsiene Foreman, Brother Tim (Rochelle) Foreman, Sister Terri Warwick, Sister Tiffany (Dion) Horne, Nieces Candice (Mark) Stevens, Amanda Foreman, Ashley Foreman, Amber (Blaze) Clark, Chelsea Horne, Kaylee Foreman, Lizzy Foreman, Mandi Warwick, Nephew Josh (Charlene) Foreman, Great-Niece Rolissa Foreman, Great-Nephew Jacob Foreman, and her dog Sweetie Pie who she treated like her child. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Helen and James McCoy, Grandparents Herschel and Mary Foreman, Aunt Colleen McCoy, Father Joseph Foreman (2007), and Brother John Foreman (2012).
