Loretta M. Neff

Loretta M. Neff, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025. Loretta was born May 29, 1935 in Amanda, OH to parents Walter and Carrie Barr. Loretta was married to Rodney Neff for over 50 years and was mother to Scott Neff. Loretta is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son and two brothers, Lee (Ruth) Barr and Glen Barr. Loretta is survived by her grandchildren, Kimberly and Kelly, great grandchildren, Isabella and Emerson, brother Dean (Pat) Barr, several nieces and nephews and close friends Anne, Patty and Betty. Loretta was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed sunny days and milkshakes on the patio, tending to her flower garden and playing with her great grandchildren. She never missed a school or sporting event, and her unwavering support was infinite. Her home was always a safe and welcoming environment for anyone to visit. Loretta’s tenacity and genuineness will be missed by many. To comply with her wishes, there will be no service.
