Logan Derek Brooks

Logan, 30, of Columbus took the longest journey, much too soon, and bid us goodnight on May 29, 2016. Waiting to reunite with him is his maternal grandfather, Minter Dobbins. Carrying on his bright smile, sarcastic humor, and carefree spirit is his daughter, Luna Winter.  He will also be watching over Brooke Stevens, his "one", who fought beside him until his final breath; His parents Brian (Chris Young) Brooks and Karmin (Wayne) Gladwell who embraced his true self; Protective and devoted sister, Lizz (Travis Broskie) Verrilli; brothers Kyle Brooks and Keith (Ashley) Brooks who always looked up to him.  Logan also had loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  A special thank you to The James, Zusman Hospice, devoted and selfless friends Nick Wolak, Mike Prickett, and the Rooster family.  A celebration of his life will be held at Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm. with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm at the Shaw Davis Funeral Home, 4341 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43214.  In lieu of flowers, please just don't vote for Donald Trump.  Lay down our dear brother, Lay down and take your rest.
