Lindsey Allison Hiser

Lindsey Allison Hiser passed away on May 19, 2024. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. 

Lindsey was born December 24, 1980 in Columbus, Ohio to Jayne Allison Fate and John Michael Smith. Lindsey was a graduate of Reynoldsburg High School. Lindsey worked various jobs after high school until she was hired by Northwest Eye Surgeons and worked 20 years. Lindsey married Chad Hiser on July 1, 2004 at Glen Laurel Scottish Inns in Hocking Hills. Lindsey had a passion for photography and pursued a degree in Photography. She graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design with her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in photography in 2022. Lindsey became a mother on February 13, 2024 to Dahlia Jayne Hiser. Lindsey’s faith was foundational to her life and she loved Jesus with all of her heart. 

Lindsey is preceded in death by her mother Jayne Allison Osler (Fate). She is survived by Chad Hiser (Husband), Dahlia Jayne Hiser (daughter), John Michael Smith (Father), and Natalie Richards (sister).

A Celebration of life will be held at Berlin Church of Columbus, 5175 S Old State Rd, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 on June 2 at 2pm. The family asks that you wear purple to the Celebration of Life.
