Lexine Vera (Darden) Shepard

Lexine Vera (Darden) Shepard sadly passed away from her battle with Multiple Sclerosis March 21, 2022 in Cleveland Ohio. Her strength is admirable and inspirational. 

She is survived by her children, Olivia, Isaac and Nina. Lexine is also survived by her former husband Lamont Darden and cousins Leslie Reed and Bob Reed, Uncle Bob Reed and Aunt Darlene. 

Lexine was a loving mother. 

She had a deep passion for music, singing, songwriting and poetry. She loved being cozy, relaxing, watching her favorite T.V shows and movies on Netflix while snacking on her favorite chocolate candy, enjoying the scent of her favorite candles. In her younger years Lexine enjoyed basketball and modeling. Lexine baked delicious foods like Tortilla casserole Mexicali and Apricot cheesecake. Lexine was deeply involved in her work with MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). Assisting victims during their healing process was her passion.

 Lexine is very much missed dearly by her family and friends. May she rest in peace and glory with her Grandmother Mary and Mother Nancy.
