GREEN
Lawrence “Larry” D. Green, dedicated working man and jack of all trades, passed away on April 17, 2018.
Larry was born on October 23, 1952 and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. He eventually relocated his family to Cleveland, Ohio where he made his living in various trades, including as a truck driver, auto mechanic, and factory worker, to name a few. Larry also enjoyed hobbies like boxing, chess, and playing cards.
Larry is survived by his father, Johnnie Frank (Dorothy) Green of Springfield, Massachusetts, his two sons, Larry Williams, Sr. and Kyle Green, two grandchildren Brianna Williams and Larry Williams, Jr., his brother, David Green, all of Cleveland, Ohio, his sister Janet Green of Alaska, special friend and former wife Deborah Green Hood, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Beulah Green, his brother, Lorenzo Green, and sisters, Gloria Harrison, Loria Green, and Gisele Terrell.
Larry will be fondly remembered for his up front, tell it like it is spirit.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at God’s Way Gospel Church, 15501 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland, Ohio 44112, Pastor Eric Cunningham officiating. Repast immediately following. Condolences can be sent to 11806 Miles Avenue, Apt. 203, Cleveland, Ohio 44105.
