Kevin Aaron Benedict

Kevin Aaron Benedict, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on February 21, 2023. Born on August 8, 1978 in Columbus Ohio to Jual Benedict and Wilma (Lawson) Benedict. Kevin worked the majority of his adult life as a firefighter and paramedic at multiple departments, including a stint as a combat firefighter in Iraq. Kevin enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life, and was good at anything he took a liking to. From Tea Kwon Do, to golf, to fitness and lifting, Kevin excelled at anything he set his mind to. He loved his children and his grandson more than anything in this world.

Kevin is preceded in death by his father; Jual Benedict, wife; Mindi Whitmer-Benedict, and sister-in-law Kim Benedict. Kevin is survived by children; Lexus Benedict and KJ Benedict, mother; Wilma Benedict, siblings; Cary Benedict, Dawn (Dale) Cox, Angel (Jason) Williams, grandson; Lincoln Rohr, nieces and nephews; Loren, Torie, Curtis, Taylor, McKenzie, Elise and Ethan, former wife Julie Foltz (KJ’ s mother) and numerous friends.

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 11th at 2:00pm at Northside Baptist Church located in the Grace Fellowship Church’s building. 3475 Paris Blvd. Westerville, OH 43081. We ask that you come ready to share fond memories of our times with Kevin. There will be a time of fellowship with light refreshments.
