Kevin Ray Belcher

HILLIARD – Kevin Ray Belcher, 68, born and raised in Logan, WV with his siblings until moving to central Ohio. Later in life he moved back to his roots and found the love of his life, Lynne, who preceded him in death. After her passing, he moved back to central Ohio to be with his brothers. Kevin passed peacefully in his son's home surrounded by family after a thankfully short battle with lung cancer on August 28. He had an intense love for fishing and his family. He was a proud coal mine worker. He was stubborn until the end.

He was preceded in death by his father Jesse Lee Belcher, mother Carol Jean Morrison-Belcher, brothers (Delanor, Robert, Craig, and Joseph), sisters (Sonja Canterberry, Terrie Salyers). He is survived by his 5 children Michelle Simpkins, Gina (Jeremy) Cunningham, Michael (Candi) Belcher, Timothy (Lindsey) Belcher and Maranda Belcher. He has 24 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Kevin is also survived by siblings Rhonda (Eldon) Goodwin, Rick Belcher, Todd (Connie) Belcher, Jesse (Lori) Belcher, Daniel (Janet) Belcher and Heather (Mark) Coots.
