Julie Kelley

On Thursday December 26th, 2024 Julie Ann Kelley passed away. Julie was born June 26th,1963 to late Ruth E. Boggs & Curtis E. Boggs, Sr. She resided in Columbus Ohio where she attended 11th ave School. 

 Julie Ann Kelley is survived by her long time partner Ray Owens, Her son James Osborn (Samantha) and Granddaughter Skylar Osborn.

She leaves behind her beloved family including her sisters Jaylene (Broderick) Simons,Loa Boggs and her brothers Curtis Boggs, Jr (Tricia), Brian (Tammy) Boggs and Scott (Michelle) Boggs, Special nieces Lacey, Lily and Ruth Boggs and last but not least her great nieces Royal & Aleyah. 

Julie Ann Kelley was loved by many. She will be deeply missed. Julie was blessed with a large family who loved her very much. Her favorite flowers were yellow roses and she loved spending time with her family, son and granddaughter. 

She loved to listen to country music and play card games with the family. She also loved her animals dearly, they were her forever friends. 

 Julie Ann Kelley Celebration of Life will be held January 19th 2025. The time of the service will be held at 2 pm at The Fraternal Order of Eagles 3800 Westerville Rd Columbus Ohio 43224.
