Juanita Bash, age 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 27, 2020. Born in Sardinia, OH on April 8, 1945. Proceeded in death by her parents Orvie and Hazel Hoffer, her brother Rick Hoffer (Sue), the father of her children Lon Bash, and beloved son David Bash (Merilee). Survived by her son Richard Bash (Sandra) and sister Janet Frye (Terry); grandchildren Marilynn, Andrea, Kyle and Adam; great grandchildren Camaryn, Camden, Maddie and Nick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Juanita will be missed by many as she never met a stranger. Her perky personality, crazy antics, and silly “dog jaw” jokes were sure to bring a smile to your face. Juanita would do anything for anybody. She was always the center of attention and the life of the party. She loved playing cards, cooking, yard sales, watching WWF “wrasslin,” and was a talented artist that loved to draw. She had an insatiable desire to be around friends and family, and might even call you several times a day just to say, "hello." She's known for her colorful and creative room decorations as she couldn’t wait for the next holiday to decorate, and for always surrounding herself with family pictures and fun memories as she pinned them up in every nook and cranny of her room.
No memorial services will be held at this time due to the COVID-19 Stay-at-Home order.
We encourage family and friends to click the “Share a Memory” button on this site to post fond memories of Juanita for all to enjoy.
In honor of Juanita…be sure to say, “I love you” to your family before you get off the phone.
