Johnnie Ray Bocook, Sr. Born January 15, 1958 – passed January 24th, 2016 at Franklin Woods Nursing Facility surrounded by loved ones and in the presence of God. As loved ones sang the last verse of Amazing Grace, John took his last breath. John was an employee of Battelle Memorial for 35 years. Preceded in death his dad, Robert Bocook; brother Robert (Bo) Bocook; mother-in-law Ethel (Mossburg) Parrott and brother-in-law John Parrott. Survived by wife Clydedina “Dina” Bocook; sons John “Buddy” (Lindsay) Bocook, Jr.; Kennis (Brittany) Bocook and Joseph (Rebecca) Bocook; grandchildren Domenic, Johnnie “Tre”, Summer, Carter, Audriana and Gabriela “Gaby”; mother Shirley Jane Bocook; sister Kimberly jane Madden Siegel; Father-in-law Henry (Adonna) Parrott, Sr. Life long friend Fred Carter who visited and cared for John daily. Many sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Celebration of life will be Sat, Jan 30th from 1-3 & 3-5 pm at 3743 Kersdale Place, Grove City, OH 43123 (Kenny & Brittany’s Home) In lieu of flowers donate memorials at CFF.org in honor of Evan Smith.
