John Robert ‘J.R.’ Frost, age 50, passed away suddenly at home August 5, 2015. He was a Navy veteran and loved camping, boating, swimming, hunting, country music, Elvis Presley, NSCAR and was an avid Buckeye and Cowboys fan. Preceded in death by father Richard, Sr. Survived by mother Patsy, siblings Debi (Richard Blythe) Frazier, Richard, Jr. (Tammy), and Teresa (Robert) Smoot; nieces Melissa (John) Hebert, Christina (John) Mattingly and Kara Smoot; nephew Jeremy Frazier; daughter Brandi (Stephen) Jensen and 2 grandchildren; his beloved four-legged best friends Dude & Scooby; half sisters, half brothers, aunts, uncle, cousins and many friends. Family will receive friends at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Home, 34 W. 2nd Avenue, Saturday, August 22nd at 11 am with the service following at 12 pm. Officiating by Gene R. Dawson, Elder. Interment to be at Union Cemetery.
