John Bumgarner
November 1, 1940 — May 25, 2017
John Morgan Bumgarner, 76, passed away peacefully on, May 25, 2017, at his home in Columbus, OH. One of 13 children, John was born to parents A.G. and Myrtle Bumgarner on November 1, 1940 in Pecks Mill, WV. In 1969, John married Joyce (Boggs) Bumgarner in Columbus where they raised two sons. John owned and operated Bumgarner Upholstery for over 45 years.
John is survived by wife Joyce, sons John (m. Michelle Fiorella), Jason (m. Kay Miller), grand-daughters Morgan and Caroline, brothers James, Donald and Norman and a supportive extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by sisters Viola, Irene and Edith and brothers Willie, Howard, Fred, Sol, Charles and Floyd.
