Jenny Martin

Jenny, age 44, passed away on November 24, 2021 at the Ohio State University – James Cancer Hospital.

Jenny was born on February 4, 1977 in Lima, Ohio. She was the daughter of James F. Gerleman and Jill A. Caughman. She was preceded in death by her Grandfather – John Gerleman, her Step-Grandfather – Dante Lippi, Grandmother – Ethel Lippi, Grandfather – James Caughman, and Uncle Jeff Caughman.

Jenny married David M. Martin on October 31, 2009 in Bellefontaine, Ohio and he survives along with her children Hannah Hites, Jacob Hites and Step-Daughter – Violet Martin, her parents, sibling – James Gerleman, Grandmother – Alice Caughman with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, 11 cats, 2 pugs and a rabbit.

Jenny was an avid animal lover who dreamed of running an animal rescue, she worked as a Dental Assistant at Logan Dental care for 15 years. Jenny enjoyed her humble lifestyle and quiet family time when she was not working. She maintained a “Just Keeping It Real” attitude and ROCKED the world of everyone she knew. It has been a true blessing to be graced by her presence.
