James Napier

James Walden Napier, 73, passed away on August 31, 2016. On this day a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, has started his journey to be reunited with his loved ones that are departed. He is survived by loving wife Mary Ellen Napier, Daughters Amanda Hyle ( David Hyle) Melissa Dishman (Josh Dishman) Son Steve Napier. Grandchildren Brandon, Jordan, Lenzie, Charles, Jaydien.

Jim was a hardworking, funny, selfless, proud man. He loved his family and children more than life itself. He loved his kids and grandchildren very much. Jim never let hard times knock him down, especially his illness. He fought for two and half years because he loved his family and didn't want to leave them. But sadly his battle is over and he is in a better place. No worries, No struggles, No oxygen. You're free and though we didn't want you to go, We know your happy. We miss you every minute, We will never forget our daddy who loved us unconditionally and would do anything to make us happy.Visitation to be held Friday September 2 at SHAW-DAVIS FUNERAL HOMES, 34 W. 2nd Ave at 4pm; funeral to be held Saturday at 10:30AM. Interment at Union Cemetery.
