James Carl (JC) Moats born April 3, 1985 and passed away November 23, 2017 at Riverside Hospital. He is preceded in death by his sister Peggy Mae, grandparents William and Virginia Moats, grandmother Emma Jean Whipps and uncle Al Laszlo. Survived by his parents Jim and Stephanie, grandpa Carl Whipps; aunts and uncles Richard (JoAnn) Whipps, Carla (Phillip) Shadwick, Peggy (Bill) Montgomery , Sandy Laszlo, Jan (Roger) Henderson, Ruth (John) Clauer and Rob (Laurie) Moats; many cousins. Family will receive friends Tuesday November 28, 2017 from 6-8 pm at LINWORTH BAPTIST CHURCH 6200 Linworth Rd. Worthington, Ohio 43085 where funeral service will be held Wednesday 10 am. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers please make contributions in his name to the Linworth Baptist Church.
