James Edward Hall

December 5, 1966 — December 1, 2024

Grove City, Ohio

James Edward Hall, born on December 5, 1966, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024. James was a beloved father, fiancé, son, and brother, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

James is survived by his cherished children, Savannah Hall and Mason Hall, whom he loved more than they will ever know. He is also survived by his devoted fiancé, Kristen Marcum, and her son, Connor Marcum, whom he loved as his own. His mother, Ruth Ann Manche, will fondly remember him, along with his uncle Mike and aunt Pauline Hall, who loved him as their own, his brother Robert Boggs, and his sister Annette (Les) White. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, WV family and many friends who will miss his gentle spirit and silly sense of humor.

James was preceded in death by his grandparents (who became his parents through adoption), Raymond and Anna Mae Hall, whose values and love shaped the man he became, as well as his beloved best friend and canine companion, Jake.

James graduated in 1986 from DuPont High School in DuPont City, WV, before moving to Ohio to explore new beginnings. He cared deeply for those he chose to bring into his life, from his professional endeavors to his personal relationships. James had a remarkable ability to connect with people, offering support and friendship to all who knew him.

His passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his memory will live on through the stories and love shared by his family and friends. No service will be held at this time but a Celebration of Life is being planned; information to follow on James' Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice in James's memory.
