Jacqueline "Jackie" Vaughn

Jackie passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the age of 67, at St. Ann’s Hospital.

Born on Tuesday October 12, 1954. Jackie was retired and a graduate of Central High School. Born and raised in Columbus and Westerville, Jackie was a die hard Buckeyes fan! Jackie adored spending time with her family. She took pride in throwing elaborate and extravagant birthday parties and holiday celebrations for them. She especially loved going on adventures with her grandchildren. She looked forward to taking her grandchildren to the Ohio State Fair every year, riding the helicopter and getting her favorite Italian sausage with peppers and onions. She was passionate about politics, equality, social justice, BLM, and the environment. Jackie was always authentically herself, no matter what! Regardless of what battles life threw her way Jackie always fought for what she believed in, despite all odds! She is Survived by her only child, her daughter Katrina (Brian) Tucker. Granddaughter: Terquoise. Grandson: Adoniz. Siblings: Beverly (Craig) Moone, Pam Vaughn. Many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by: Father and Mother Billy and Joann Vaughn. Sisters: Barbara (Johnny) Muncy, Carol Vaughn, Joyce Henry, Cheryl (Charles) Cochran. Brother: William (Bill) Vaughn. Many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of the life of Jackie Vaughn will be held from 4-6pm on Wednesday December 8 at Shaw-Davis Funeral Home
