Irene S. Wogan, age 58, born Sept 28, 1959 to predeceased parents Paul and Mary Welch Walters, in Columbus, OH passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Dec 12, 2017. Preceded in death by brother Stephan; grandparents Fred and Muriel Welch. Survived by husband Delmar Wogan, Sr; children Mary (Bill) Rife and Delmar (Erica) Wogan, Jr.; sister Sylvia (Tom) Thompson; grandchildren Jonathan, Mackenzie, Billy and Kaylee; Irene’s fur babies Chloe ‘Sissy’ and baby-baby, Bug-bug, Ace and Al. Many nieces and nephews. Founder of Nova Express Inc.
